Zaire creates a safe container for somatic connection and releasing limiting beliefs via the power of breathwork. His sessions incorporate essential oils\, music\, sound tools and positive affirmations. \n\n\n\nThis is Zaire’s second time at The Circle. His breathwork sessions are a powerful practice that involves conscious control of breathing patterns to promote physical\, emotional\, and mental well-being.
